Skip the Laminating Step
Every panel that leaves the press has already passed the part most workshops get wrong.
Even pressure and controlled temperature across the whole sheet - the reason edges stay down instead of lifting a season later.
Boards are stacked and cured before packing, so they arrive flat and go straight onto the saw - no acclimatising, no re-pressing.
Plywood for stability and screw-holding, MDF for a smoother machined edge, particleboard for volume work. Faced and shipped to match.
Film Only, or Finished Panel?
Both are the same laminate. The difference is where the pressing happens.
Grain You Can Feel
Raking light is how a joiner checks a faced panel. The relief should run the full length of the sheet without flattening out or going glossy at the edges.
