SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite. It is a rigid flooring material formed through the high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion of a mixture comprising natural limestone powder (accounting for over 60% of the composition), PVC resin, and stabilizers. Free from adhesives and posing no risk of formaldehyde emissions, it features a dense structure and an exceptionally low coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in stability far superior to that of traditional WPC or LVT flooring.
Its core advantage lies in its rigidity: the wear-resistant surface layer can exceed 0.3mm in thickness. It offers a solid underfoot feel without the sensation of coldness and delivers outstanding waterproof and slip-resistant performance, making it suitable for use with underfloor heating systems, in humid areas, and in high-traffic zones.
